So, I developed the answer to my question of why I keep getting these weird bites on my arms. And I have concurred that it is from the fleas that are on my dog when I pet him. Because they happen only on my arms and my arms get the closest to him and these bites happen in multiple numbers, so that must mean it's a bug that jumps around, or.. a lot of bugs.
